Thank you for saying yes!
Somewhere out there is a girl who looks completely fine. Good grades, friends, maybe a lead role in the play, or a starter on her team. But on the inside she is second-guessing every single thing: what she wore today, the text she sent, whether her friends actually like her or just tolerate her. She has never said any of that out loud.
She is going to be watching your session. That is who we are doing this for.
This page has everything you need. Bookmark it. Nothing here should take you more than a couple of hours total, and I will be checking in along the way so you are never left guessing.
Anchor Verse: I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. -Psalm 16:8
You are not required to quote or reference, I just wanted you to know what the event is built on so you can echo the idea in your own words.
January 2 to 4, 2027
Pre-recorded sessions on Saturday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd, live panel Monday the 4th
Hosted on Ivorey
Free, with an optional all-access pass for $27
Primary Audience: Teen girls, ages 13 to 18
Secondary Audience: Their moms
Why January?
The girls are home, the pressure of the semester has not started yet, and there is a natural openness to starting fresh. This is not a "fix what went wrong last semester" event. It is a "here is what you are walking in with" event.
Please keep that in your session. Forward-looking, not remedial.

Picture one girl, not an entire audience.
She is anxious, though she may not use that word. She is more likely to say she is stressed, or tired, or that she does not know what is wrong with her. She has a phone in her hand and a hundred other things she could be watching. She may have grown up in church. She may only be here because her mom sent her the link.
A few things that are true about her:
She can tell instantly when an adult is talking down to her.
She has heard "just pray about it" before, and it did not help.
She wants something she can actually do, today, not a concept.
She is most likely watching alone, in her room, with headphones on.
Her mom may be watching too, on her own time.
Do not speak to both. Speak to the one we've decided you're focusing on.
Length: 20 to 25 minutes. Shorter is fine. Longer is not.
Format: Pre-recorded video, delivered to me by December 1.
Structure that works well here:
-Open with the specific feeling, not the topic. Name what she is experiencing before you name what you are teaching.
-Teach one idea. Just one.
-Give her one tool she can use before bed tonight.
-Land on one truth about who she is. Biblical is preferred, but if you are not a faith-forward brand, that is not required.
Tone notes:
-In teen sessions, talk to her, not about her. "When you walk into that lunchroom" lands. "Teenage girls often experience social anxiety" does not.
-Get specific. The haircut she's thinking about. The outfit she changed three times. The group chat she's not in. Specifics are what make a girl feel seen.
-Optional: Weave faith in naturally. It does not need a separate section and it should not feel bolted on.
-Do not be afraid of weight. If something is hard, say it is hard. She already knows.
-Tell your story if you have one. She trusts people who have been where she is.
Please avoid:
-Clinical or diagnostic language, or anything that could read as individual mental health advice
-Numbers around food, weight, calories, or exercise targets
-Descriptions of self-harm methods or crisis specifics. If your topic touches this territory, let's talk first and I will help you frame it.
-Tidy answers to real pain
A note on this audience: We are working with minors. Please do not exchange personal contact information with attendees, respond to DMs from teens, or offer one-on-one support outside the event. If a girl reaches out to you in distress, forward it to me and I will handle it. I am a school counselor and I have the resources for that kind of situation.
**The audio version for the all-access-pass means every session has to work with the screen off.

You do not need a studio. A quiet room and decent light will do the trick.
-1080p, landscape (horizontal), please not vertical
-Camera at eye level, not looking up at you
-Face a window if you can, or put a lamp behind your camera
-Framed from the chest up
-This matters more than video quality. Wired earbuds with a mic beat a laptop mic.
-Record somewhere soft. A room with rugs, curtains, or a closet full of clothes cuts echo.
-Turn off fans, notifications, and anything that hums
Zoom, Google Meet, Canva, Loom, or Riverside all work. Slides are welcome but not required. Honestly, talking straight to the camera often connects really well with this age group.
Watch the first two minutes back. If your energy dips in the first thirty seconds, girls will click away. Start warm.
Your promo kit goes live December 15 at and will include:
-Two written emails you can send as is
-Social captions and graphics sized for Instagram feed, and Facebook
-A short video script if you would rather record something
-Your unique affiliate link
What I am asking of you:
-One email to your list before the summit opens
-One email during the summit
-Three social posts during the event (please use #steadystartsummit)
Affiliate details: you earn 40% commission on every all-access pass purchased through your link, whether the person registers free first or buys straight away. Payouts go out [TIMEFRAME] after the summit closes.

A 60 minute live panel where participants pre-submit questions anonymously. Anonymity is the whole point here. A girl will ask a question in an anonymous box that she would never ask out loud, and that question is usually the real one.
I will send panelists the submitted questions in advance so nobody is caught off guard. No need to prepare anything else.
If you cannot make it live, please be prepared to submit the answers you would like me to communicate on your behalf.
FAQs
Yes, briefly, at the end. Please keep the teaching itself free of pitch. And nothing sold directly to minors.
If it fits this audience and this theme, yes. Just rerecord it so the framing matches.
Tell me early and it is a non-issue. Tell me late and it may be. December 1 is the one that cannot move.
Yes, it is yours. Reuse it however you want after the summit ends.
Free registrants get 4 days of access. All-access pass holders have it for 6 months.
Yes. We are releasing audio versions of the sessions for the moms in the all-access pass. Nothing extra needed from you, I will pull the audio from your video.
